Do I need to be home for the refill?

Nope. Most softeners are in a garage or utility room — we'll arrange access that works for you (garage code, side door, etc.) and text you when we're done.

What kind of salt do you use?

Standard high-purity water softener salt pellets — the same trusted brands you'd buy at the hardware store, without the hauling.

Monthly or every other month?

Your choice. Most homes do monthly. Light salt users can pick every-other-month visits at a per-visit price — same service, half the trips.

What if my tank doesn't need salt this month?

We still check it — and if it's full, your included bags roll over. You never pay for salt you didn't need.

Is there a contract?
